Q: What is your payment and booking policy?
2-day projects – 50% paid on the 1st day prior to the start of the project, another 50% paid on the final day.
3-day projects and longer – 1/3 paid on the 1st day prior to the start of the project, 1/3 paid in the middle of the project, 1/3 paid on the final day of the project.
Any delay in payment might cause the project to be cancelled or delayed. In such cases for future proceedings full payment is required prior to the start of the project.
Q: What do I need to do before painting?
Please have the room ready for painting – clear all the walls of any paintings and other belongings, move the furniture out of the room or at least place it in the middle of the room. Moving furniture service is available, and if requested usually $50-$75 per room is charged additionally depending on the quantity and the size of the furniture.

Q: What is your service area?
Currently, my service area is far northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Q: Do you also do the exterior painting?
Yes, I also do the exterior painting for heights up to around 20 ft. I power wash houses and decks if it is needed before painting. I also do the deck staining or the deck painting restoration.
Q: How often should you have the interior painted?
It depends on many factors such as how many people live in the house, whether they smoke or not; how many children are in the house; what quality of paint was used; whether you have animals, etc. Personally, I would say every 5 to 10 years you should have the interior painted provided that the walls are still in a good condition.
Q: What kind of paint will be used?
You may buy any paint of your choice, however, I recommend using only top of the line paints and primers such as Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. Good quality are recommended so that no more than two coats are needed and you would not need to pay extra for an additional coat.
Q: Does someone have to stay home while the painting is being done?
It is not necessary, in fact most people are not home during the day since they go to work.

It is up to the customer.
